WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept upi, credit/Debit cards, Mobile Wallets, and Cash.
DO YOU OFFER CHILD SEATS OR LUGGAGE ASSISTANCE?
CURRENTLY, child seats are not included. However, all our vehicles have ample luggage space, and our drivers are happy to assist with loading and unloading
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY RIDE?
YES, you can cancel or modify your ride via the app with zero cancellation fees.
WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
Our system tracks flight delays and adjusts the pickup time accordingly. You won't be charged extra for delays within a reasonable window.
HOW WILL I FIND MY DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT?
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive driver details via SMS and app notification. The driver will also contact you upon arrival.
CAN I PRE-BOOK A CAB FOR THE AIRPORT TRANSFER?
ABSOLUTELY. We recommend pre-booking at least 2 hours before your pickup time to ensure availability and timely service.
DOES MEGA OFFER AIRPORT TRANSFERS?
YES, Airport-to-city and city-to-airport transfers are our specialty. We provide dedicated pickup points and priority lane access at major airports.
HOW DO I BOOK A CAB?
You can book a cab via our app or website by entering your pickup and drop-off location, date, and time of pickup. You can also book a cab by contacting our customer service center at 9350011111 (24/7 support) or directly from the kiosks outside the airport.
WHERE CAN I BOOK MEGA CABS?
We currently operate in Delhi NCR, Goa, and Bengaluru.
